Every appointment I undertake is tailored to you personally. Following a consultation I will prepare a quotation based upon:

• The number of guests
• The cost of the ingredients
• Preparation and cooking times
• Travel

Put simply I will charge you for the ingredients and my time for preparing and cooking them.

Payment and cancellation policy
I require a deposit of 25% of the quoted cost to secure the booking. This is non-returnable if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the event.

Full payment is expected on the day of the event
